We are seeking a Production Incharge / Supervisor with a strong background in the manufacturing process, specifically in steel fabrication, galvanizing, and PU painting. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in shop floor management, manpower handling, and daily production planning.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor
Ensure timely execution of fabrication, galvanizing, and painting operations
Coordinate with the quality and purchase teams to meet project timelines
Allocate manpower efficiently and monitor performance
Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor
Prepare and maintain daily production reports
Minimize wastage and ensure optimum resource utilization
Communicate effectively with senior management regarding targets and bottlenecks
Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering
2–3 years of experience in fabrication and surface treatment processes
Strong understanding of steel structure manufacturing
Leadership ability with a hands-on attitude
Basic knowledge of production planning, welding, galvanizing standards, and painting processes
Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting formats preferred
Full-time position
9 hours/day, 6 days/week (Thursday weekly off)
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials and their properties, and hands-on experience in using various measuring instruments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality at every stage of production and maintaining compliance with quality standards.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods
Interpret technical drawings and specifications
Use measuring tools like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Ultrasonic Tester, etc.
Prepare quality checklists, inspection reports, and documentation
Identify defects and coordinate with production for corrective actions
Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments
Handle customer complaints, non-conformities, and follow up on CAPA
Ensure quality systems are followed throughout the shop floor
Knowledge of surface treatments like galvanizing and painting is an advantage
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy Engineering
2–3 years of experience in QA/QC roles in fabrication or engineering industries
Sound knowledge of material grades, welding standards, and testing methods
Familiarity with ISO / QA documentation and inspection processes
Good communication and reporting skills
Proficiency in basic computer tools (Excel, Word, email)
Full-time position
